Ultrasonic welding

The assembly department is equipped with ultrasonic welding stations. This is a modern technology which makes it possible to quickly and aesthetically join plastic elements with each other or with other materials, e.g. steel, non-ferrous metals, fabrics and others without using any gluing substances, where only the base material is the binder.

We have 18 machines of different power, which allows for optimal selection for each application. Our own tool shop ensures a quick production of the necessary tooling for this technology.
