LSR silicone injection
Silicones, due to their properties: flexibility, durability, thermal and chemical resistance, non-flammability, and absolute transparency, have found a wide range of applications in various branches of industry, e.g. in the sealing of engines operating in extremely difficult conditions, in the construction industry as sealing and joining materials exposed to variable conditions, in the household, food, and medical industry, where they are valued for their inertness and chemical purity.
Injection moulding of thermoplastic elastomers
Elastomers are modern plastics which, thanks to their properties, replace rubber compounds. They are odourless and UV resistant, they can be transparent and the multitude of types allows their use in many industries. They are often used in the production of two-component products, toys, tools, medical industry and automotive industry.
Injection of bioplastics
Our company has a fleet of machines and tools at its disposal that enables us to carry out injection moulding production of:
- biodegradable plastics
- environmental plastics – bio-polymers
- PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, etc. thermoplastics
2K injection
We also have two-component injection moulding machines and vertical overmolding machines, which allow us to combine plastic or metal parts (also those supplied by the customer) with any hard or soft material to create two-component or multi-colour products.
Ultrasonic welding
The assembly department is equipped with ultrasonic welding stations. This is a modern technology which makes it possible to quickly and aesthetically join plastic elements with each other or with other materials, e.g. steel, non-ferrous metals, fabrics and others without using any gluing substances, where only the base material is the binder.
Marking and decorating
You can also carry out all kinds of marking and decorating operations in our company. We have technologies of pad printing, hot stamping and laser marking. We can carry out decoration directly in the production process or separately for each element or finished product.
